Jazel Peterzell
President

Jazel is a registered yoga Teacher (RYT200) and also enjoys hiking, biking, dancing, being crazy and having fun.  She is passionate about building Blue Roses Girls into an organization where everyone is welcome. No task is too big or too small for her to achieve the goal of putting a smile on the all the girl's faces and she is constantly looking for new adventures for Blue Roses Girls to experience. 

Cheyenne is 14 years old and loves all cars - muscle cars, exotic cars, classic cars and vintage cars.  Visiting the LA Auto Show is an annual ritual as well as frequenting local car shows.  Cheyenne loves all action movies and her favorites are all six Fast & Furious movies as well as "Need for Speed". Music, dancing and being with Blue Roses Girls rounds out her list of favorite things.

Carol Fletcher
Vice Presdient

Carol has been involved with Blue Roses Girls since 2011.  In 2012, she joined the Board of Directors as the Treasurer.   Carol loves to do anything sports-related, especially running, mountain biking, and triathlon.

Carol also loves reading and shopping and is thankful to be blessed with such a special "Blue Rose."   

Sydney is 13 years old and is in the 8th grade.   She loves traveling and is fascinated with other cultures.   When Sydney's not with her Blue Roses Girlfriends, she loves getting manicures/pedicures and shopping.

Meghan Mallory
Secretary and Volunteer Administrator 


Meghan Mallory is a first-year graduate student in the Communication Science and Disorders program with an emphasis in Speech-Language Pathology at California State University in San Marcos.

Meghan is passionate about working within her community and also with Blue Roses Girls to create fun and educational opportunities for children, teens and adults. 

As the Volunteer Coordinator for the Blue Roses Girls, Meghan's goal is to facilitate long-lasting friendships between the girls and volunteers by organizing experiences in order to create memories that bring a smile to everyone's face.

Paul Peterzell
Treasurer

Paul ‘s main job is being Cheyenne’s dad.  Paul has been very instrumental in building Blue Roses Girls behind the scenes by supporting every event with his financial and technical expertise. All of the videos and slide shows on our website and at our events are thanks to his expertise.  Paul’s role as Treasurer of Blue Roses Girls will enable him to help guide the organization as it enters it’s 5th year of providing fun and friendship to all Blue Roses Girls in the San Diego region.

Monica Wolfsheimer
Board Member, Social Media Liaison

Monica and her family have been with Blue Roses since 2012.  Monica became  a Board Member in 2015.   Monica is also a Board Member at the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center’s Youth & Camp Committee and has also served on the J Company Youth Theatre Committee. Monica is the current President of the Winston School Parent Group, which is located in Del Mar.

Monica’s Blue Roses Girl is Sarah, aged 14, who loves going to school, learning new things, and also enjoys helping other students at her school as well as in the community.  Sarah’s favorite subject in school is history.
